Staffing
Our professional, courteous waiters, bartenders, cooks and coat check attendants come dressed in black and white. The choice is yours: Bistro Style, Tuxedo or Classic Black.

Décor & Entertainment
Whether you are looking for one beautiful floral centrepiece or a room full of roses, we can suggest the décor to suit the occasion, the theme and the venue. Let us entertain you... musicians, speakers, clowns, handwriting analysts, disc jockeys, pyrotechnicians or dance bands... full planning and concept management. Extensive audiovisual and lighting for events big and small.

Bar Services
Catered Affare will take care of all your beverages. We will purchase alcohol from the LCBO or The Beer Store, (pre-paid) for a service fee. We can also arrange for a Special Occasion Permit. Catered Affare provides bar set-ups; pop, juice, mineral water, ice, bar condiments and cocktail napkins for any size event.

Rentals & Disposables
If you need it, we can rent it, everything from fine bone china, crystal glassware to linen and lace. To make your outdoor event a success, we can arrange tents and marquees, dance floors, lighting packages, generators, trees and flowers. For more casual affairs we will deliver plastic dinner plates, dinner napkins, plastic cutlery, plastic glassware and plastic serving utensils upon request.

Second Harvest
Catered Affare regularly donates perishable foods to help feed the over 170,000 homeless and needy in Toronto.

Recycling
Save our disposable delivery trays, bowls, utensils and boxes and we will pick them up the next time we deliver!
